PRO-LEG can be configured for a standing position use or in combination with an adjustable bench, perfectly replicating the leg-extension and leg-curl isotonic machines. LEG-EXTENSION: sitting position with the help of an adjustable bench (or a simple plyo box). LEG-CURL: standing position or lying down with the help of an adjustable bench. Adjustable motion range and starting position by use of locking pull pins.Locking pins.
