HOOK SYSTEM
These Self-Spotting hooks are engineered to provide safe alternative to a training spotter. With adjustable barbell height mechanism the hooks will adapt to anyone's preference and prevent straining of the shoulders. Once the barbell has been raised, the mobile levers will safely, quickly and quietly move out of the away thanks in part to rubber bumpers. Additional High Density plastic supports protect barbell knurling.
