MAXIMUM WHEY PROTEIN

Proteins play an essential role in building muscle strength, increasing muscle mass and repairing muscles after intensive training. During exercise, micro cracks arise in the muscle fibers, and proteins are needed to restore these cracks and grow the muscles. That is why it is important to consume enough proteins, both before and after training. Proteins provide the body of the building blocks that are needed for muscle growth and repair, so that they play a crucial role in promoting strength, increasing muscle mass and accelerating the recovery process after exercise.

Whey, also known as whey protein, is extracted from the residual flows of cheese production or directly from milk. It is then concentrated into a protein -rich product that can be used in protein powder.

For the production of whey and casein protein powder from milk, the milk first undergoes a pasteurization process (heating to 72 ° C). The milk is then sprayed, resulting in lean milk. This milk is then separated into two protein fractions: a part with casein proteins (80%) and a part with whey proteins (20%).

Our bag contains a scoop of 70 ml (30 grams), which corresponds to one portion. We recommend mixing 30 grams of whey with 300 ml of water or (vegetable) milk, depending on your preference for the consistency of the protein shake. Of course you can add more or less water/milk to reach the desired texture.

Moreover, you can combine our protein powder with a different ingredients to take your shake to a higher level, such as berries, oatmeal or possibly peanut butter!

We recommend taking 1.2 to 2 grams maximum per kilo of body weight per day of protein.
