MCT fats are quality fats that come from coconuts. It offers multiple benefits such as better energy balance and more brain power.

"MCT" is an abbreviation for triglycerides with a medium chain (medium-chain triglycerides). Triglycerides are the molecules that make up most fats. These naturally occur in coconut oil, palm oil, goat milk and breast milk.

Your body changes MCTs into molecules called ketones. Studies have shown that ketones help burn fat. In addition, they reduce food and provide your brain with energy. Some MCT oil is extracted from palm oil. This has a negative effect on the environment due to deforestation and decrease in the habitat of wild animals. For this reason, the maximum diet is made of pure and durable coconut oil extracted from coconuts.

Fibruline® is a series of chicory root fibers, soluble dietary fiber (gives a saturated feeling), which are extracted through a natural process from the chicory root and that offer both nutritional and health benefits for a wide range of food applications and nutritional supplements and no added sugars contains.

For a snack/snack (200 kcal) we recommend mixing 50 g of the maximum diet with 250-300ml of water or milk (more kcal).

For a complete meal (400 kcal) we recommend mixing 100 g of the maximum diet with 500-600 ml of water or milk (more kcal).

The maximum Diet contains a bag of 750G and 7 large meals of 100G (400 kcal) or 15 snacks/snacks of 50G (200 kcal).

This product is only available in the taste: vanilla.

This product contains no allergens and is 100% vegan.

The Maximum Diet is a complete meal replacement based on 5 meals per day and provides 400 kCal per serving frin 100 grams of the formula.
